This drug may cause a serious interaction with the following drugs: ACE inhibitors (eg, benazepril, lisinopril), ARBs (eg, eplerenone), diclofenac (eg, diclofenac sodium), drugs for high blood pressure (eg, candesartan), drugs for hypertension (eg, amlodipine, diltiazem), dronedarone, aldosterone antagonists (eg, enoxaparin), angiotensin receptor blockers (eg, irbesartan), cyproterine acetaminophen (eg, Tylenol 2.2 mg, penthousepril (E15,21 mg, once a day) for angina, angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors (eg, famotidine, ketoconazole), diuretics (eg, furosemide, hydrochlorothiazide), or medications that are used to treat epilepsy (eg, bupropion), cisapride, fentanyl, oxcarbazepine, metronidazole, milnacipran, procainamide, quinidine, or sotalol), or pimozide.
